How Emailmetry works.
Add your domain and our DNS record. Emailmetry keeps your SPF updated as your email providers change their sending addresses.
Register interest-
1 Add your domain
Choose the domain and the services that send email for it.
-
2 Add our DNS record
Add the record Emailmetry provides at your existing DNS provider.
-
SPF stays up to date
Emailmetry follows your providers’ sending addresses and updates your managed SPF automatically.
Start using another email service? Add it in Emailmetry so its sending addresses are included too.
Email provider compatibility
Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace are included in our launch plans.
- Microsoft 365
- Email sent through Exchange Online. Provider SPF instructions
- Google Workspace
- Gmail with your own domain. Provider SPF instructions
Using another email service?
Emailmetry manages providers through their published SPF records. Ask about your provider if you use another mailbox, newsletter or website email service.
Keep your DNS provider too. You just need access to edit your domain’s TXT records.
Technical compatibility
Emailmetry supports policies that can be represented by fixed IPv4 and IPv6 sending ranges, including supported provider references.
exists, ptr and macros in policy references are unsupported. Existing errors, including broken references and SPF evaluation-limit errors, are not automatically repaired.
SPF does not replace DKIM or DMARC, or guarantee delivery. Read the technical safeguards.
