Licences, renewal and cancellation
Switching domains
Each licence in your pool covers one assigned domain and its subdomains. Removing a domain frees its licence to reassign to another domain. It does not cancel the licence or reduce your bill.
Annual renewal
The annual term is 12 months. Annual auto-renewal is opt-in. If you don’t renew, the service moves to monthly billing.
Cancelling a licence
Cancel licences via the portal. A prepaid annual licence remains usable and can be reassigned through the remaining paid term.
